Dle posledních informací pořadatelů letošního závodu ITI nikdo, z původně 15 odhodlaných závodníků, nebude pokračovat z mety 350 mil McGrath směrem do Nome 1000 mil. Letošní závod byl díky extrémně extrémním podmínkám (sněhové bouře a teploty pod mínus 35) jedním z nejtěžších v historii.
